Can I switch between the packages?

Depending on the contract and term, you can switch to a different tariff at a later date. We will of course advise you which tariff is the most favorable for your company.

What is included in the basic package?

The basic package contains the functions News, Documents, Likes and the digital business card. You can book additional functions as a Plus module at any time.

Can I freely choose the Plus modules?

Yes. All Plus modules can be combined as required.
We will be happy to help you put together the most suitable benefits package for your wishes and requirements.

How flexible are the terms of the Plus modules?

The terms of the Plus modules are linked to the contract term.
With a monthly contract, you have maximum flexibility and can (de)subscribe to modules as you wish with 14 days’ notice to the end of the month.
Even with an annual contract, modules can be exchanged once per term. Our support is there for you.

Show offer conditions

The service package includes use of the Staffice app with the basic modules (included in every package):
News, Documents, Contacts, Likes, Comments, vCard, PUSH messages
and the selected Plus modules depending on the package.

*) When using the Staffice app, you can integrate your own logo and choose from ten predefined colour sets. The app download from the stores is done via Staffice. Your own app in the App Store/Play Store and other customisations are only possible if you book the Enterprise feature “Own app”.
**) The Enterprise feature “Own App” refers to the provision of your own app in your design via the Apple/Google stores and the hosting of the backend in the Staffice cloud in our data center. For hosting the backend on your own hardware in the data center or on your own servers (on-premise), please contact us.
The scope of use is limited to the maximum number of users. This is determined by the users included in the service package and any additional users booked.
A “user” is a named person who has been set up by the customer (or by ATINO on behalf of the customer) to access and use the employee app. A user can be an employee of the customer or a third party (e.g., freelancer, temporary worker) who uses the employee app for the customer’s business purposes.
